At The Abaya Movement, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund process under the terms outlined below.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • The abaya is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • You provide valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, damaged, or altered abayas.

  • Items returned after 7 days.

  • Clearance, sale, or final items.

  • Gift cards or promotional giveaways.


🔁 Return Process

  1. Email us at 📧 kayanfekih@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and send you return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us — return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.


💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days to reflect in your account.

  • We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the item received.

We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.


🛑 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
